My Name is Brett Green. I am determined in continuing both the development of my craft as well as nurturing the artistic talent of others as I also simultaneously write and play my own music while teaching at a greater New York City High School on a daily basis. My level of energy abounds while my music serves as a source of inspiration to countless individuals throughout the community. Matched by my overall positive outlook upon life, which is sustained with the utmost levels of enthusiasm, I am tireless in my efforts to foster my students’ individual quests towards the realization of their own artistic goals. I possess extensive experience in the design and subsequent implementation of various topics inclusive to those found in a music based educational curriculum and as a result have thus afforded my students the privilege of performing at many of New York City’s most celebrated music venues on many occasions such as The Hard Rock Café, The Cutting Room, The Bitter End, New York University and Queens College just to name a few. It is my belief that music is all about performance; hence I grow musicians for this aforementioned purpose in mind and continue to nurture the artistic development of my students, guiding them in achieving all of their artistic hopes, dreams and aspirations.
